This location has poor service Half the time your food will be cold. They’re often out of certain chicken which they do usually sub it for something equivalent or better with no extra charge. It seems like the employees play more then work as they often forget drinks and stuff and you have to wait for them to come back to the window and you can see them just playing around. There’s a reason why they don’t have as many customers as other places in the area. Management needs to have some sort of quality control the food isn’t like other kfcs

Typically I've had no problems with this KFC, but I had to knock them down because my experience last time was the worst. At 5:30pm on a weekday, definitely typical dinner hours, the person at the drive-thru window said something about them being short-handed and told us we'd have to wait for fresh chicken but that we could take what they have. We agreed to do it but then were told to pull over and wait. There were 3 cars lined up waiting, and it's not like they really have space for that. I had to essentially parallel park my car to do it. We waited over 10 minutes for the food that wasn't even fresh. I'll go back to the Washtenaw location.

Multiple times I have ordered a bucket of chicken and they conveniently forgot to put all the pieces in.

Absolutely horrible. Floors, seats and tables weren't cleaned. No management after 5p and no employees before. After 4p half of ypsilanti likes to go there and they seem to get all the weird people. Employees don't wash hands! Avoid!

Been there three times when they ran out of chicken. I almost always have to wait 10 to 15 minutes for my order when they do have chicken. Staff is always friendly. Management is always trying to be helpful, which has to be hard when you're a chicken place with no chicken.
