The drive through is always so slow. I’ve been waiting for over 15 minutes. However I’ve already made the commitment so I’m going for it. Definitely asking to speak to manager

Food was good, (except fries) took 20+ mins from the time I placed order until I got food. Fries were hot but pulled early so they were soggy and slightly undercooked .
The girl in the back drive thru was taking selfies while telling everyone they were short handed and that's why it was taking so long.
Girl in front drive thru was nice, but I could see everyone just standing around, seems like they should  all work as a team to help each other to get people in and out.

Disgusting restaurant, food, and owner. Do not go to ANY McDonald’s owned by Monique Vann. Her stores suck cus she doesn’t pay her employees and she’s impossible to work for. Want a nice McDonald’s in Ypsilanti, try the one off Whittaker rd. It’s the only one she doesn’t own and it’s atleast staffed and clean, and no dope heads passing out in the lobby or bathroom. 
Don’t even bother applying for a job with her cus she doesn’t pay her employees or managers, and if you quit in a way she doesn’t like she’ll change your pay.

Not only was my order messed up (small fry instead of a large) kids chicken nuggets (instead of a 20pc) big mac instead of a dubble quarter pounder, the fries I did get where really old and soggy, I was charged for what I ordered not for what I received. Worst experience at McDonalds.

I ordered my grilled chicken snack wrap with just chicken and cheese and when it was given to me, it had chicken, cheese, ranch, and lettuce. I sent the order back and the staff rolled their eyes and took it. When I finally got my order I discovered they had just wiped the ranch off and picked out a little bit of the lettuce. I was craving fast food and now I’m upset.
