Visiting from out of town and went here yesterday. They were out of grilled chicken so I had to get original. My food was half done and just looked a mess so I asked for a refund and their attitudes were horrible. If I’m giving you my money, I expect good customer service. Won’t go here ever again.

My family and two other people stood in line for ten minutes in this KFC. The lady in front of us kept asking the five or six people working behind the counter if she could be waited on and no one would answer her. After waiting ten minutes, we left. Don't bother going to this KFC.

This place is dirty as heck. Don't even look up when you go in. Yuk. Bathroom was beyound nasty. Whole place was sticky. Had to go to lowes to use the bathroom.

Wait in line over 10 minutes.... No response "we will be right with you" so I left and went to Wendy's ..... Better service!!!
