Horrible horrible service. The restaurant was packed, and staffed by unprofessional argumentative people. The food was cold before I got it to my truck. They lost my coupons and I had to call the manager to complain. The manager did try to call back and resolve this, but I was so disgusted with my experience I quite frankly wasn't ready for another attempt ever with this location or any of the others for that matter. I wouldn't eat here if I was paid a thousand dollars by a group of smiling beer commercial girls who wanted to share the meal with me. Bad service is not acceptable. Maybe they need to get an app like the other fast food places it would at least limit your exposure to the rude teeny boppers with attitude inside. Couldn't guarantee the food will be warm or even taste good. If you want my advice try any location but the one in South Ogden. They should raze the building fire everyone and start over.

Great food love the root beer and I love the fact it’s a a&w and a kfc service was great Antonio was really enjoyable to talk to and helped me make my experience great and saved me money !!!  Definitely will be there at least once a week

stars. It was so terrible. The manager was shouting the whole time, saying rude remarks to the employees. One employee was even coughing into his hand and proceeded to touch his face and food. Everyone customer in the establishment all looked as though they felt uncomfortable. I know I did. Would not recommend this KFC until they have a new manager.

Staff was cordial but lacking in management and owner ship. They did not keep there employees stocked with change or the tools to make this place profitable and successful if you want to run a business set your employees up for success provide the proper systems in order to provide for consumers.

So I have been to this location many times, mostly in the morning and it was awful. Snobby girls who don’t seem to care what’s going on. Being a restaurant manager I might be picky, and ya I know we are only talking about fast food but let me talk about my experience this evening. A friend of mine and I went through the drive thru, and we’re greeted by a happy cheerful employee by the name of Antonio. 
    Let me start off with saying, he is amazing. His personality is fantastic. His sense of humor is a breath of fresh air. If I could steal him away to work for me I would. (So watch out). He is the only thing going on right there. He kept us smiling the entire 3 mins we were there. If I haven’t gotten my point across you have a real winner with Antonio,  and I will come back just to be greeted by him. Good job KFC you have restored my faith in this location.  Yes Antonio we ate the entire $20 fill up!!! Lol
