The person at the counter was very helpful. The place was very clean and vibrant. The food options were fun and diverse. I hope this place makes it here in Ogden as the food was delicious. Great spices in the food and great options for dipping. I definitely recommend giving this place a try. Yummy 😋

We had a coupon here for a large meal pack. We split the chicken half spicy, half regular. Got potatoes and red beans and rice on,the side. Biscuits were included. No wait to get a lot of chicken. Chicken was tasty as you'd expect from Popeyes. Sides were ok, not great. Quick service and with our coupon very reasonable price. Clean store.

Came in ordered a family meal, they gave us spicey instead of mild, no biscuits, other food wasn't the best, called down talked to manager Jamie she said they had fryer issues and that caused the mix up, they would take care of the whole meal and come back in when I can. It's a 30 min drive so following week come back in same manager Jamie happens to be working. I was told the paper wasn't there so all she would do is give me chicken and one mash potato. Meal came with 3 sides and should of had 8 biscuits. Because of some missing paper she wouldn't give me the full meal and kind of had an attitude when I complained about it. The original meal that was messed up came with 3 sides and should of had 8 biscuits. Didn't get biscuits, had to go buy my family other food cause they can't do the spice. Long story short this customer service sucks and double check your order chances are wrong. And her short coming in doing her job and filling out the paper left me the customer out in the wind. Reading other reviews sounds like this is the place to avoid when the night shift comes on duty. Maybe the GM should take note.

I continue to try and give these people a chance. I don't understand when I was a truck driver I'd go out of my way to go to Popeye's Chicken in various places across the country. But for some reason here in Utah I don't know who the franchisee is or whoever is running this region but they have got it completely screwed up compared to other locations outside of Utah it's just a shame old chicken they pre make all there side dishes so they don't come out hot they're warm at best. Total bummer man I love Popeye's Chicken but I'm just done spending my money or actually wasting my money on it here in Utah lost a customer here I'll buy it outside Utah for sure

Well, the lady acted like she was doing us a favor to sell us food. The French Fries were not even warm. It took 4 minutes to get ketchup and the chicken tenders were obviously not from the same batch. I love Popeyes but the one in Riverdale Utah is definitely not going to see me again. The more I travel to Utah I am finding that the majority of people who are working would really rather be somewhere else. All in all the Habit Burger is consistently good food and service.
