The employees that I have met at the service counter have all been friendly and helpful. My orders have been prepared quickly and delivered to the counter within 5 minutes of my orders. I have noticed that they are able to do this while attending to their drive through window. There is a self serve soft drink dispenser. Only one sugar free drink option available.

Worst fast food ever I can't even understand how it could be this terrible and still win awards? Ridiculous!!! Food was missing from our order, it tasted stale, dining area was filthy. If I'd had a way to get a hold of the crew I was there to get food for, I would have gone somewhere else. We are all watching out for signs of food poisoning. Can I give negative stars? Geez!

Slow service. Even being acknowledged was tough to deal with. They don't have enough people.

Takes to much time to call fast food. Proper customer service is a hit or miss on. The inside of the store has gotten dirty, so that was my last time eating there. I've had orders messed up and when I call - they argue at 1st,  then say they will fix it on my next trip( unfortunately no one wrote it down so I end up explaining again, to hear the manager tell the window girl " she's probably lying, just give it to her).  Please check you chicken before feeding the little ones if you eat there.

Never gets orders right every time I come here. Food isn't freshly made and tastes like it's been sitting for hours or the awesome times I've gotten raw chicken. And for a fast food restaurant serves is super slow and they always pull me forward and have me wait for 15min. Super disappointed...
