How does this place stay in business? I mean you can't really expect much from fast food joints, I get it, but it seems that the employees are all on the same page of "who cares, this is fast food, customers can't expect much", but when I walk in to order and have to stand there for sometimes five minutes for my order to be taken every single time I come in, its just the norm. I don't get it. I've been to plenty of other taco bell/KFC chains and this is by far the worst.

there really should be 0 star option. this place has always been dirty/grimy. disgusting.. my order has never been right. ive had to correct it each time. the last time i asked for money back, it had to go back on my debit card.. they didn't give me all of my money. i asked them to correct it, they ended up charging me more. this is place is a joke and needs new people entirely or needs to be closed.

People should pay more attention to reviews this place is awful! Sadly we have few options in Anacortes, my advice don't go here or go out of town. They're rude! The employees sit around sipping soda they will attack someone for getting refills on. I had been in ordered my food and took my leftovers to my car, I went back in to refill my soda which I obviously paid for and they all said something to me and ordered I pay for my drink twice? I guess it's because of all the free soda they are drinking to make up for loss by charging customers twice. Ridiculous! The food is usually burnt, old, or wrong all together & they never up sale, they never put napkins or sauce unless u ask. Most horrible customer service I've seen in my life!

Somebody accidentally took my order so I had to wait about another 5 minutes. They gave me a free cake! Their maneger is on point. Much better than oak harbor taco bell.
