UPDATE: Since I couldn't get through the direct line, I left a message on the"catering" line about my bad experience. Apparently someone got that message and contacted the store manager immediately, instructing him to call me. Evan, today's manager, stated they were having trouble with their phone line. He apologized for the problems I experienced and offered me another meal next time I was in Mechanicsville. I thanked him for the call and for trying to make it right. Thank you very much. I really appreciate your customer service. MY OLD POST STATED:Went through drive through. No one was behind me. Was asked to pull forward. They brought out my order within 5 minutes. Got home to discover the gravy all over the bottom of the bag and no biscuits. 😠 It is snowing outside. No line in the drive through, two cars in the parking lot, and they can't get the order right? I live 25 minutes away, so it is not convenient to drive 50 minutes to get what I paid for. So, I pick up the phone to call..... it has been busy for over 30 minutes..... seriously! So, I called and left a message on their catering line. Keys see what happens....Have some pride in your work! I will continue to call until someone answers the phone. 😠

When I walked in, there were two cars in the drive thru and one guy waiting on his food inside. I waited at the register for ten minutes, and then an employee walked up to it, looked at me, and then told me a different employee will be helping me. 10 minutes go by and while I'm waiting, the manager comes in asked if I had been helped yet, to which I said "no, I am still waiting." So being the good manager he is, he looks around for a second and then says "I'll have someone help you in a minute" because I'm sure he was pressed with doing other big fast food manager things. After waiting five more minutes, an employee comes over to take my order and I get a double crunch combo. I ask if I can get that Nashville Hot, she says yes. I wait ten more minutes and finally, I have my food. I walk out, go sit somewhere and open the bag. The potato wedges were hard and many were stuck to each other (you literally just put the stuff in a fryer, I don't know how you screw that up) and when I went to eat my sandwich, I saw they gave the normal Georgia Gold or whatever it's called, but they just completely doused the bottom bun with hot sauce instead of putting the correct type of chicken on my sandwich. The staff was unprofessional and frankly came off as dumb (I.e., I asked "can I get a double crunch combo?" and then the cashier slowly turned her head to the menu, looked back at me, and then asked "is that a number four?"), the food tasted old, the wait was too long and jesus christ put a god damn trash can beside your straws; the wrappers and dried up soda make it look worse than it already does.

Waited from the drive thru for our food, received it and the order was wrong. Went inside to tell the cashier and he said he would fix the problem. Well he said this about 3 times, every time coming back to the line and taking the people behind me. The cashier is black and so am I. The other orders that he took were from Caucasian patrons. I have never been treated like this in my entire life. Another cashier saw me standing there, (black as well) and helped me. The cashier/manager that disregarded me should be fired!

Worst KFC ever. Didn't have anything I came there for, long wait. Nashville chicken came with no pickles, didn't get any napkins only car in the drive thru and waited over 10 minutes after ordering
