UPDATED: 4/5 Afterward, I was disappointed with the $5 food that they had for a chicken steak special & couldn't get in to eat inside the building.. I decided to finally go back dine-in, and I was amazed how they updated a KFC restaurant to give it that Colonel Sanders tribute look, especially how delicious their chicken sandwich and fries really was.

I came in shortly after 4:30pm to a packed lobby, which is unusual for this location. There were delivery drivers and mobile order pickups that were waiting for upwards of a half hour for their food. A little while later, the CSR informed everyone that they opened  at 3 or 4 instead of 10am. Overall it was a good visit, just maybe have a retrain

Got soggy chicken and took it back and got the same soggy chicken. This is the before picture of the chicken and the second picture is what they replaced it with.Food: 1/5

Chicken was absolutely nasty.  Breading was separated from the chicken.  There was an odd smell coming from the bucket, I thought maybe my sense of smell was off.  Nope, we all got sick.  I don't know what they did to the chicken.  If they used old chicken or something.  Don't, I repeat don't waste your money.Food: 1/5

I'm not big on this KFC Food is normally old or over cooked there's always something up with my food. One of the managers are just rude to everyone, and no matter what, if it's me or my wife, even my son, we always deal with rudeness from this location. My chicken don't ever taste like it should. I always give reviews no matter what good or bad from my experiences. Others may have different experiences but not me. If you go to my page I have millions of positive reviews  Parking: Truly not that great of a location and food so always plenty of parking

I gave the food 3 stars because it was decent, but not what we wanted. I asked my wife to pick up dinner, so she ordered it online. When she got there, they told her they couldn't fill our order and that we needed to cancel our order. This was 2 hours before closing, mind you. My wife had made the order, driven to the location to get it only to be told they didn't have the stuff to make our order. They gave us something different, but that was extremely disappointing. They received the order which had our information,so they should have contacted us and let us know there was a problem.

"DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME." Thought we would try one the advertised special and was met with bad attitudes right from the start. Ordered at the drive through and was told it would take 5 minutes to cook it. Paid at window and was told to wait on entrance side of building. Waited 15 minutes and called to check on it and was told it was still cooking. Went inside to check and wait some more and was treated with prejudice when I inquired about the order. Order was finally done and didn't even get a thank you or anything. Absolutely no customer care or concern. The staff from management to employees should be terminated and a better crew brought in. Until then I will avoid that place like the plague. Now I know why I never see cars there during business hours. Corporate, you need to fix it

Husband and i went over an hour before closing, the drive through was closed and the door was locked. They were only accepting app orders and i couldnt get the app to work but there were workers messing around outside and inside the building. ‍ pretty bad considering we only have 1 KFC in all of lawton Food: 1/5

I hate to be ugly about a place of business....but we hadn't been to KFC in about a year....due to the fact that they always, ALWAYS mess our order up or leave something out.... CeSaR told me to check and I skimmed....of course my fries and cookie were missing from the bag....annnd cookies in a bag are not fresh baked....Food: 3/5
