They might be understaffed, I'm just guessing. We sat in the drive-through for a very long time, just to be ignored. We called inside on the phone and no one picked up. After we were finally acknowledged, it still took forever to get our pizza, that was supposed to be ready over 25 minutes ago when arriving. The car behind us backed out and left. Just be aware and bring time. Btw, the pizza is cold.

This is not the first time I have had extremely poor service at this location. I placed an order today around 11:20 a.m. and was told to pick it up and n 15 minutes. I arrive at the location and got no response at the drive through. I went to go in and the restaurant was closed. I finally got a cleaning person to come to the window. He told me my order was in the board but everyone else had left on an emergency. The very least they could’ve done was to call to let me know. I took my business elsewhere.

Ordered a pizza and a 2 liter, Pizza was delivered almost an hour later than was said with no 2 liter.  Food was cold and tasteless.  Called the store and told them, they said it was doordashes fault not theirs, i didnt order from doordash i ordered from the pizza hutt app.  They offered me a refund for my 2 liter and thats all.   I'd avoid this pizza hutt just because of their poor customer service.

I think I'm officially done ordering from this place. Ever time I order my sauces THAT I PAY FOR BTW are always forgotten and I've had wings that are always either cold or have very little sauce on them but you've gotta be a special kind of st*pid to forget to put sauce on a pizza which happened to me last night. Get a grip.

Not all that good. Bread sticks aren't worth it. If you're  ordering here, only get pizza. The mini apple pies aren't bad, but they just aren't worth how much they cost for the taste.

Since I'm from deep south Texas I wasnt excepting a lunch buffet here at pizza hut @ Lawton Oklahoma. Great service. Family friendly atmosphere. Great pizza! Great pasta! They also offer a salad and dessert bar.

Get the order right the first time. My order included a total of 5 2-liters of soda. It arrived with only 2 and the driver had to go back for the rest.  Update, ordered here again, sandwiches were missing ingredients. Chicken parmesan had no cheese provolone or parmesan, Black Forest ham was missing lettuce,  Italian dressing, and had only a few scraps of tomato. No ketchup was included for fries.

 They DO NOT wear masks and the ones that do only have mouth covered NOT their noses.  You have to order at the counter. Fast service. You can hardly hear the girl at the front. Place was very clean. Restrooms are clean. No waitress or waiter. Must wear a mask. They do have dine in. No cup drinks.

Staff is pretty friendly. Usually really busy on weekends, so long wait times are understandable, but the pizza is always worth it.

I called in my order at 623 pm. I called after an hour and was told it was still at the store. Finally after 2 hours the driver shows up with my order. The bread sticks looked nasty and the pizza looked like it set under heat lamp all day. I will never make that same mistake again. That was the nastiest pizza I ever ate.
