Close this location. Terrible food and service. They put the KFC name to shame.  The manager asked when I ordered these. I told him 5 min ago. I asked him why they always look like they are a week old. He said those were fresh…. Someone needs to train these guys better. 3rd time this has happened. I’m officially done with this location.

Well, I placed an online order for pickup at 2:30, I've been here for 10 minutes, and I'm still waiting for pot pies. They would not let me wait at the drive thru since it records on the timer view long it actually took to complete the order.Service: 3/5

This place continues to go downhill.  No one answers phone.  Always delays and confusion when ordering and it doesn’t matter if it’s the drive through or in the dining area.  The Inside areas are not well kept and the kitchen floor always looks nasty.

Can honestly say this was worst food and KFC experience ever.  The food was old and cold. The biscuit was not edible due to it being way too hard to consume.  The Nashville chicken looked and tasted has it was either overcooked or left out and reheated.  Sorry to say this is an experience I've had at this location before.  I will never visit this location for KFC and/or Taco Bell services again this place truly ruined KFC for me forever.

I put an online kfc order at 925pm. Paid and got receipt and confirmation my order will be ready at 935. I get there at 935 and wait at the counter and see 1 person in the back cleaning. 5 mins go by and a girl walls up and says have you been helped. I say no but I have an online for Ryan to pick up. She says ooo sorry and walks away.  5 mins later she walks back and says they are closed. The manager I think then says we are closed and can't make anything. I said thats why i put my order in half an hour ago. He said that he couldn't do anything and I "should be " refunded.  Disappointing

Do you guys ever make the food fresh? The food always seems old and stale at this location, if they get your order right.  The taco shells seem old the chicken seems like it was made hours ago the biscuits are hard.  This is the worst location.

Previous reviews are correct. Poor customer service all over the board.  This location is also very dirty if you’ve ever been inside. All the workers go and smoke in their car in a group and straight up abandon the store. It’s frustrating as a customer and delivery driver. This location needs to just be shut down or adjusted by corporate because it’s embarrassing

Everytime I go here and order the KFC the chicken is like rubber please get a new manager here it's so close to my house but so trash

I ordered 3 piece tender, extra crispy combo meal,  easy enough. The order was not extra crispy as ordered plus the meat was extremely dry and stringy.  I suspect reheat from night before. The fries were fresh and delicious! Huge disappointment in this location.  The staff was pleasant and professional.

I would not recommend this fast food location. Minimum reading is a 1 star, I'd give them zero stars if I could. Dining room is closed.  Drive through sign is broken. And the "food" is terrible.  Overpriced. The chicken was so overcooked it was like shoe leather. Got the 8-piece "meal" $27.00+. Potatoes and cole slaw as sides,  4 biscuits. Potatoes are definitely reconstituted, taste more like a poor quality instant mashed potatoes from 40 years ago. Between the dried out chicken and poor quality sides,  this was definitely not worth the $27.00 +.
