I have been on a fried chicken  quest for weeks.  Sadly for the other players in the area, but luckily for me, KFC did not disappoint. I have finally quelled my craving: 3 Piece Extra Crispy Meal with Mac and Cheese and Mashed Potatoes.Food: 5/5

The service is extremely slow.  They only wait on two cars at a time. Don't even say they will be with you in a minute. Just silence when you pull up. The chicken tenders were rubbery and not very hot. The biscuit was hard and very small, normally I love them. The girl at the window was very unfriendly, I thanked her several times, after each time she interacted with me. She said nothing! Since opening back up I see a big decline in service and acting like they just don't care.

The chicken pot pie was devine but expensive, and the Mac & cheese bowl had overcooked popcorn chicken. Oh, and I'd rather drink water than Pepsi products, but some folks love them. I am still a Coke fan.Food: 4/5

Great food. Did not get everything ordered in drive thru. Had to return so cost me extra 50 minutes. Went inside and found place to be very clean.Food: 5/5

I've never had more messed up orders than the place on State Street.  It's almost always a surprise.....but I keep going there. I guess I'm insane ...but the pot pie is super.

We got fresh, hot chicken. The mash potatoes were also fresh and hot. They also gave us a senior citizens discount. We will be back.Food: 5/5

I went to the KFC on State St. New Albany, In. yesterday 12/13/2022 and this was the worst KFC I have ever had. The chicken was fried to hard and the manager Cookie was rude and unprofessional.

What the picture looks like vs what I just got today at 1:39 3/9/22 couldn’t even eat them I want my $10 back I’d rather use it towards a gallon of gas

I have and ways will love KFC. It's  the chicken my family has enjoyed it since I was a very small child. I'm in my 40s now.Food: 5/5

July 9th 240 ish pm. Drive through attendant was very short with us.  Forgot half the order in the bag. Never got a receipt. And still forgot my daughters cookie. Not a good experience. Food was good though. And the daughter is old enough to understand about the cookie.
