Awful. Had a discount for buy one breakfast sandwich and they charged me for two and took it off of a cheaper sausage burrito, and for some reason made my sandwich a meal by adding on a diet Coke that I did not order and so we had to takeoff the Coke which we never got and ask them why are total was not adding up and told us they would have not fix it for messing up the sandwich. would have liked to get my money back i would’ve given the sandwich back if needed before i pay extra. the pictures are how they only refunded the coke. Definitely WILL NOT be back so disappointed.
This location was very quick. The customer service was pretty good, the food was delicious and the drinks were cold. The drive thru was very busy but we moved through it very quickly. I was highly impressed.
I used to work for McDonald's for years, even ran some with just me and a Manager. However this is the worst experience I've ever seen. First they didn't even know if I was the right car or not they just handed me the food without asking for payment, then they fail to give us the necessities like straws or napkins. Then they failed to give the full order. Now no one is answering the phone I've called multiple times and have reached no one. I do not recommend this establishment but I also experience something different everytime I go there. They just need some work.
I ordered a Coke and a shamrock Oreo flurry. The coke was excellent as they had just recently had the coke quality technician there to fix things up. The flurry however was half shamrock Oreo on the top, and bottom half was just plain vanilla ice cream. They half mixed it or something.Recommended dishesChocolate Chip Cookie, Dr Pepper
I've only went to this McDonald's a few times, all good. This time was a cardinal sin....NO BARBECUE SAUCE FOR THE MCNUGGETS!!! Didn't know until I got home. Simple order, they took their time, but couldn't complete it! Nice one! Great job...smh
Sandwich tasted fine but just thrown together and half off bun. Staff was friendly, but wait for food as long. We were the only people at the lobby counter.Food: 3/5

Good morning , Im not usually one to complain because ive working in food but service this morning wasn’t great. I ordered a double order or biscuits and gravy .. only got a half order. I also ordered an Ice mochiato. First I had to pull foward which is understandable, then they came out with a hot and told me the machine broke and they couldn't remake it. She then went back inside after i said to just give me my money back and came back out with what looks to be an ice caramel coffee. I get to work and take a drink and it is terrible, taste like water. With caramel I will be returning this afterwork. Now it gets to sit in my car for 12 hours till i can make it back
I keep trying to suggest the actual hours of these places but they keep editing it back to being open 24 hours. It's actively a lie. Don't waste your time with this place.Food: 1/5
Just went in for the mix and match for $6 on state street, ordered 10 piece nugget and qpc. Yall wanted to charge me $10 and change, I left and went to burger king, I definitely won't return to this location ever!
