Always no baked chicken! Asked why? Their excuse was that if they make large batches that it will go to waste?  Like really!!?? Is that why this place always have more of the fried chicken instead of the baked chicken? Cause there is always an abundance of the fried chicken.  Does those go to waste as well? Also when asked for substitution it was a flat out NO!  The people here are rude.

It's not the food. That part is great. The staff took 30 minutes to make two box meals. It's fast food any meal should take 10 minutes at the most. I worked at Burger King for 2 years and never took longer than that to get a meal prepped and out to the customer.

I'm giving 2 stars because my previous experience was positive here, but my most recent visit was not. 1 employee in particular made the entire experience very uncomfortable and actually was the reason we decided to take our food to go. James was openly swearing in the lobby and behind counter, he actually complained about the cleanliness of the lobby (which was trashed). One customer (a disabled elderly woman) informed him that her table was sticky and he rudely responded "yeah I know that's why I'm out here". On top of his complete lack of professionalism and disregard for customers, his fake nails are an obvious California Food Handlers violation. We will not be visiting this location again. On top of that the kids meal we ordered some how got replaced with a go cup.

I have been here twice when it has taken so long to get my food I didn't have time to eat it before i had to be back at work. One time it was ok, they are short staffed I understand that although the manager was extremely rude when he asked me to pull up and I asked how much longer it would be. Told me I could sit right there if I thought it would be faster. The next time it still took 30 minutes to get food. Both times there was only one car ahead of me.

That's home made goodnes compare to other fast food restaurants and they are very reasonable too you have a great tasting lunch for little more then 5 $
