This was most “wtf?!?” Experience and food to date from them. From the completely disrespectful attitude in the drive through, to them yelling “Hannah Montana” out the drive through window at someone passing by, to no receipt given and finally the most disgusting food that I couldn’t even eat. The gravy on the inside of the mashed potato bowl was dried, the gravy inside the bowl was freaking congealed and had chunks that were discolored. The chicken was dry and seriously over cooked. This bowl was hours old and served. Absolutely disgusting. **UPDATE: we went back and the manager gave me a fresh bowl that was great**

Absolute trash food  Mashed potatoes? Ha! What they call mashed potatoes I'd expect to eat while repairing the international space station. Biscuits so hard I threw one at my grandmother as a joke and she has been in a coma for a week. Ordered extra crispy, received extra soggy in grease confit. Saltiness of chicken comparable to drinking from the Dead Sea. The only thing more salty than that chicken is the rude manager who took my order incorrectly in the most eloquent condescending fashion.  The highlight of the meal was the macaroni and cheese. Imagine thrice microwaved elbow macaroni noodles boiled for about an hour, paired with water and artificial cheese flavoring packets. Chicken was good but noticed size of pieces has gotten alot smaller. Not many drink choices and EVERY single flavor came out of the fountain  flat and warm. There was no ice I had to get that from the cashier..  When I asked what I believe was the manager about why all the drinks were warm & flat, she didn't even bother to reply.  The cashier did get me a fresh drink from fountain behind counter but it was flat and warm too.  Biscuit did not taste fresh & it was very dry. Potatoes were ok but sadly my favorite their coleslaw tasted old.  Floor was dirty with biscuit crumbs all over and smashed into floor. A worker came out and walked the dining room looking at floor but never bothered to take care of it. Will not recommend eating at this location.

Very pleasant experience ordering and the food was up fast... Maybe too fast. The chicken strips were very tough, like they'd been sitting in a hot box for some time. But it is fast food so I try not o judge too harsh on food freshness.Food: 3/5

This place takes WAY to long and if you question the status you get an ugly look. I've ordered online to avoid and it never fails that they don't have it. I took a while to come back and the service hasn't changed, I get an hour break and when the app sent a notification saying the food was ready I had to wait 20 min for someone to put it together. They never apologize, I'm truly letting everyone around know and never going back. By the time I turned around they had a line for pick up and non of the food done. Come on KFC you really need to do better with this location!!

Drive thru order. Right before closing so service was blah. All I got was corn and mashed potatoes. The corn was BLAND as hell. I could have bought a can at the store and done that myself. It sucked. Mashed potatoes were good though.Food: 4/5

This location is just too unpredictable. The quality of the exact same items varies wildly from day to day. Somebody would hope that the long wait was because they were making your food with care; However, half the time your order is sloppy or made incorrectly.

Staff is atrocious and they added 10 dollars worth of extras on to my meal. No receipt was given. Definitely not worth my money. Would give zero stars if I could.

The resturant part was closed but the drive through was open. I had a 3 piece dinner with Mac and cheese and cole slaw. It was hot and fresh.Dine in: NoOutdoor seating: NoTakeout: Yes

Got an 8 piece bucket for around $19 plus tax.   This was the smallest chicken I have ever seen.    Lets call it "mini chicken".  50 years ago I went to a friends house to spend the night,  his mom also made mini chicken.  The family was very skinny.  Next time I am going to Church's for double the chicken for half the price.
