First time I ordered from this location online they completely messed up my order and lost the first one to top it off. Then this time I called it in 50 wings. I called back to get extra wet cause last time they were dry they even labeled the bag extra wet. These don't look extra wet. This location is just horrible with their orders not to mention for an order of 50 I got 5 wing this place should be called DRUMSTOP
So I placed an online order for my family and I. I ordered a 3 piece plain tender meal for my daughter with fries. Which they forgot and had to ask before I left the store. I ordered a 5 piece Original Hot tender combo with fries for my wife and in the picture you see no sauce on tenders. And a 8 piece all flat Lemmon pepper combo for myself which was done correctly. I am not very pleased with this service. Especially for paying nearly $40 and I removed all 3 drinks thought maybe they should take a dollar or so off. Please rethink execution I do love you guys but over the last few years service and execution has strongly gone down.
While the wings were great as always, the service was VERY slow. It took 35 minutes or so for our family of 4 to receive our food after ordering. Also this location seems to be very downsized for dine in..could be leftover from pandemic times or just a company decision, but there was not much seating inside and the drink machine was out of drinks. Definitely recommend for pick-up or delivery from Uber eats etc. Only.
- Rude cashier with poor hygiene - Long wait - Short staffed - Messed up order Upon entering the restaurant you could hear the employees in the kitchen complaining loudly about being sort staffed and how bad their job sucked... I should’ve just left then. A tatted up lady with questionable hygiene and a black eye asked me if I was eating in or taking it to go… I answered “dining in”… she rudely said it will be 40-45 minutes for me to get my order because they are short staffed. The order was wrong and it was a complete awkward dining experience with their constant complaining being heard in the dining room. The workers are unprofessional, rude, and unhygienic, the wait times are long, and the order messed up upon arrival. Take your business somewhere else… I did… and will never step foot back in this wing stop location again. Management should look into this because the bad reviews are here to read and see.
Service was terrible. Took 30 minutes just to get our order. Then when looking in bag we were missing half our order. Took another 10 minutes to get the rest of our food. Flavor was good but wasn’t prepared as I wanted. Won’t be coming back to this location.
Good food, nice staff. Been there a couple of times and coke machine seems to always be out of some of the flavors, same with the tea. Several workers there but seems like only a couple of them work, while the rest stand around and talk to each other. Wings are good but garlic parmesan ones have very little seasoning or parmesan on them. They used to put alot more on them.
Chicken and fries were undercooked. Drink machine took 40 minutes to work. Asked for refund and they said they couldn’t issue one til the manager arrived, another 15 minutes later so I was forced to wait. NEVER AGAIN! Floor is sticky when you walk inShould’ve took that as a sign to run!
Second visit to this location and I am satisfied once again. I appreciate every single person that is on the team for all their hard work and most of all for the way they work as a team. I forgot to obtain the young man’s name but I am assuming he is in leadership. He led the team well and was constantly communicating with each person while in the kitchen. I appreciate that he communicated with us the wait time and I honestly didn’t mind waiting as our meal was hot, fresh and delicious. He not only did this with us but every person that walked through the door. I hope that they receive the recognition they all deserve. They all worked well under tension as it was very busy with door dash orders, dine-ins and takeouts. Amazing customer service!
I love Wingstop...but this location puts out the worst food. I always regret ordering here., but I think I am done. My order is simple, well done classic with extra seasoning. Usually, I end up with barely any seasoning and undercooked wings. Today, I got barely seasoned, undercooked wings drowning in butter. I actually drained 2/3 of the butter that was in the container before taking the picture.
Good wings but the music in the restaurant is almost always too loud to eat and enjoy company or order.Food: 4/5
