we got two gifts cards and they told us they were invalid, but the manager came to the rescue and she show them how to enter the gift cards into the system. the food was very good we had a good time.Food: 4/5
If you pay with EBT they give you chicken that's been sitting in a warmer for god knows how long. When you complain they insist that it's fresh even though you know the difference. I mean come on! The only thing they do give you fresh is fries but not everytime. If I order with doordash I get everything fresh. EVERYTIME I order with food stamps I get the food they scraped from the bottom of the barrel. The Coronal would be appalled by this food. The same people that have been there since like 2 years ago are giving this place a bad reputation for having poor food and poor customer service. I love KFC when it's FRESH!
I love this place and people who work here are 1 of the most helpful crews I've ever seen they go to lengths to make you happy about the service at this KFC I really want to compliment the person who hired the crew here ive been in food services for 30years great job guys and girls thank you very much MOON Food: 5/5
Order food online from this location 4001. Mexican lady racially profile me. Told her more than once my name and her behavior continue. Something needs to be done about her situation. Corporate needs to step in and train there employees or face lawsuits.
By far the best KFC I've been to in a while. The chicken and fries were freshly cooked and hot. Will be back.
The food is good,but they don't offer sauces so be sure to ask for some before you leave!!
Whatever you do check your bag before you leave! I got all the way home and found they did not give me the famous bowl that I had ordered and paid for. So I called right away but of course they dont answer the phone. 6 times I called and each time it just disconnected. By the time I go down there they will be closed since I saw a girl lock the doors after I left even though it was barely 9:30 and they close at 10. Guess ill be calling head quarters tomorrow.

This KFC has came a long way from my 1st visit 1 year ago. 1st visit they couldnt get a 3 piece right and it was barely warm. Now even the most complex orders are done right, hot was hot, cold was cold. Besides the customer driving in drive up the wrong way and blocking every1 in so he could get his 20 piece and not wait in line. Perfect job now i give you an A.
