Spicy chicken sandwich was nothing extraordinary. The sauce was a disappointment, had a touch of heat but not delicious. The pickles weren't crisp. Breading on the chicken was hard and crumbled like dried mud. The meat was not a solid fillet. Was minimally juicy. I know everyone is jumping on the Chicken Sandwich challenge.... And this one, while an improvement for KFC, definitely cannot complete with the Cajun variety of another establishment. Even the clown has better chicken sandwiches. Sorry KFC. I had high hopes.
I rarely do bad reviews on this platform however I feel as if this one really needs to be addressed. I am not sure if it is a staffing issue or a management issue however I had a very terrible experience in this kfc When I rolled over to the window and obtained my food I went to check if the order was correct as anyone would, and I didn't take too long to notice that we were missing one order of medium fries. Then the kfc worker in the window said to keep moving up ahead to check my food, but again it didn't even take me few seconds to notice I was missing something. So then I told the worker that we were missing medium fries and then he responds in an angrily tone, "bruh you didn't even check the bag." And I responded saying, " I just did." I handed the bag over back to him and he snatches it off my hands. He then goes back to the kitchen and adds the missing item that I pointed out, throws the bag back to me and slams the window shut. I was very surprised to see that kind of reaction in a customer service facility. I understand that everyone has their bad days, but you should not have that attitude towards your customers and I believe this kfc needs to be looked over. And not only that, but the burgers I received were the wrong ones. So not only did my family and I experience terrible customer service, but we also lost money from getting the wrong orders. Please do not hire people that do not want to work there.
Great affordable meal with outstanding taste. I especially love their fries, they are well worth the wait for fresh ones. The workers are always so nice and easy to talk to. I will definitely come back.

My daughter & I are hooked on the chicken pot pies. We come every couple weeks to get one for dinner. Nice people, sometimes there is a wait, but it's worth it. Features: Got a great dinner for Mother's Day
It’s quick and cheap and decent although they forgot to add the sauces with our combo meals. Quality of the food was otherwise as good as KFC gets eg the chicken was crunchy on the battered outside, moist on the inside and the biscuits tasted like they were made with real butter extract.
Great, if you are lucky enough to get fresh food and they get your order correct. Make sure you ask for napkins
Had a quick Drive Thru pickup but the food was piping hot and the cashier was spectacular at the job...great customer service
food was good as usual day crew out does NIght shift everyday. I
I ordered take out. The staff was very nice but when I got home my food was cold. The biscuit was hard and not edible. The french fries were the same way. That's why I gave it only two stars.
