Didn't seem to be interested in waiting on me and my sister. The woman getting out fries was eating fried and drinking a drink while getting my fries. I am not one to complain....come on, do better!Food: 3/5

Food is good. Best to go burgers in town. The parking lot is tight and you have to go around the building again after you get your food from the drive thru.Food: 5/5

I was there this morning August the 18th I ordered grilled chicken fresh French fries. They told me it will be 12 minutes for the sandwich to be prepared and I To have French fries cooked to order when I receive my food the meat was raw half cook and fries were old and stale. This is no way treat a customer. I call the restaurant and as usual they don't answer.  I think if you really care about your stomach I think you need to skip this restaurant and go somewhere else to eat Especially when they don't care enough to answer their phone.

Wendy’s need to find employees be clean and responsible! I love Wendy’s but I’m out of this store in shallotte never again!!! 1st get clean 2nd get more clean at the kitchen 3rd find a manager she can talk to the customers! Last one when you guys hiring check what people you hiring! To me that store need close for a week to get clean again!

Floors were dirty. Drink machine was dirty. One employee yelled to another " no s**t" real loud. Burger was good and warm.

For this visit I went through the drive through and I can confirm. This Wendy's is much like any other Wendy's. Same menu, same prices and usually not too much of a wait in the drive through. Try the chilli on a cold dreary day. You may be surprised!Food: 4/5

They will not answer the phone. No lids for chili so they can't sell it. The employee said the manager was stupid. Who knows what goes on there. I'll just stay away for awhile. Hope it gets better

The most terrible horrible place i have ever been to i mean the whole thing is trash and the people working there blends right in with it nasty restaurant nothing is never fresh i mean they need to shut that thing down that's not a Wendy's it's just a brick building that wants to be a Wendy's  i mean just terrible!!!!

Foods good if you can get it, ran out of chili one day slow service. Hope they get better. I'll keep tryingFood: 5/5
