Great place to get some chicken nuggets, especially in a big basket along with fries  , cole slaw and mac n cheese   . Cole slaw was delicious! Service was fast and friendly! Great experience! will be coming back soonFood: 5/5

I've stopped by here a couple of times for lunch and to give them another chance but both times the place has no customers and the person working drive through cuts you off and is VERY short with you with the cherry on top being you have to repeat your order.  Then you get the food which consists of hard old buns, cold chicken and cold french fries.  Never going back to this location again.  Parking: Their lot is always empty because they never have any customers.  After "experiencing" them you'll understand why also.

I often visit KFC during the lunch rush, and I'm consistently impressed with their service. Despite the busy time, it never takes long to get my food. They always get my order right, which is a huge plus. Everything tastes good, from the crispy chicken to the sides. It's a reliable and satisfying choice for a quick and tasty lunch.Food: 5/5

The food was to cold. The chicken was warm and the fries were cold. The ladies at the drive thru talk to fast and don't give you a chance to give them your order.Food: 1/5

I stopped going to this KFC in the winter because, I take my medicine in the morning so on my way to work I use to stop by this KFC to get a fresh pot pie.  Well c couple of times I had to return the pot pie because it was oldfrom the night before the inside was like paste. So I’d wait for a fresh batch. Well in the winter months it happened again. So I returned it but to my surprise, when I stopped to eat it, it was the same one that I just returned.  So I stopped going there..  Today, I stopped in thinking that it won’t happen again. Not true!  They gave me an old pot pie, AGAIN!  I won’t go back there again. When you go to a restaurant as soon as they open, everything should be fresh!

Came here on a weekend with no lines and was pleasantly surprised at the good & quick service at the drive-thru. Usually I brace myself for poor service at KFC’s but this one was good!

What a horrible,rude,crabby ladyKaren Why would you put her on the drive thru? She doesn't just hand you your order she throws it at you!!!  The manager might want to put her in the back making food away from human contact, unless she is the manager. God help us all if she is in charge!!! And the food was ok.Service: 1/5

I have been to this KFC about five times in my 4 years of living in the area. I have never once actually eaten the food from here though. Why you may ask? Because the service is that awful. No one is trained properly, has any idea what they're talking about, or knows anything about customer service. None of them have any clue what's on their menu, if they even answer the speaker through the drive-thru, and when you do talk to someone, they're short and rude and unprofessional. I need to just stop trying all together because every few months I've decided to give it another shot, and it never disappoints to disappoint. To the owners/upper management, if you read this, please know that your staff is so ridiculously disrespectful to customers. The store manager is the same way. She will lie and give people an incorrect store number and tell them to call corporate if they complain about anything. Please get it together.

I love KFC but occasionally get a bad order. Often it’s 2 thighs instead of a breast and thigh. This time the chicken appeared over cooked dark breading but I noticed a different odor just to find out there was gooey stuff maybe the breading mixture between the outside surface and the chicken. Yuck!
