Stopped at wendy's for breakfast as I wanted to try their new muffin breakfast sandwiches and compare it to the mcmuffin. What I wasn't expecting is how good the home fries were. Great crisp on the outside, great seasoning...and much more filling than the hashbrowns at other places are. Going back to the breakfast sandwich: the egg, cheese and bacon were all very good on the sandwich, but the English muffin itself missed the mark. I think it would have been a lot better if it was properly toasted. Parking: Very standard fast food parking lot. Lots of open spaces all around building.
Terrible service. My family and I came in and waited to order. They were quite busy with the drive thru so we waited patiently. Finally after 7 minutes, the manager yells out from the back - "The dining room is closed!" She didn't come and greet us or apologize for letting us wait so long, just yelled out that the dining room is closed. Hmmmm. Perhaps if the dining room is closed you should lock the doors and not let people stand at the counter for so long. Rude and awful service. Will never go back. Took my money to Arby's down the street. They did a wonderful job.
Omg today was my 1st time stopping at this location and Thanks to the manager she made my day! She was extremely helpful,kind and I have never felt so welcomed at a local restaurant better yet a Wendy's which I've hardly ever ate at! Thank you so very much you & your staff have earned a new customer. I actually went slightly out of my way to get food and wanted a burger an came to this Wendy's so happy I did l, and the new pumpkin frosty is awesome...Yummy! I will be back soon. Parking: Great location across from movie theater!
10/5/23 12:15 PM I work in the area and usually will go out and get fast food or something during my lunch branch a few times a week. This was my third try at this Wendy’s and I can definitely say I will not be returning. All 3 times my order has either been wrong, or had some sort of funky taste. It takes at least 15 minutes for me to go, get my food, and get back to work, the line is long and doesn’t move very quickly. I mean it when I say, avoid this Wendy’s. Edit: just some notes, Wendy’s corporate customer service is GREAT, this location could really learn from them
Sell the Wendy's if you own this spot, you're too inept to run this business. On multiple occasions, there has been no staff inside of the restaurant while the open sign is on, the credit card reader is constantly down and then on my most recent experience yesterday at 6-7pm, the restaurant was locked so you could not go inside an order. This place has become a literal joke, if you own this place, sell it, you care even less than your own garbage staff you seemingly don't hire.
The last two times I went to the drive-thru at this location, I ended up leaving before my order was even taken. I don’t know what’s going on here, but the wait time is going to run this location out of business. Last night Sept 7 was the second time and I watched the clock. 6 min passed and the line did not move. I left and went to Taco Bell next door, while watching the Wendy’s line. I was able to place my order at Taco Bell, pay, pick up the food, and pull out onto Main to go home - and the SAME CAR that had been sitting at the Wendy’s order placement speaker was STILL THERE. The line did not move at all. Sometimes it is easy to blame the driver and say they’re placing an order way too big for a drive-thru that takes forever, but this was not the case. As mentioned, this was the second night in a row that the line did not move. I absolutely will not be returning to this location in the foreseeable future. Not sure what’s going on.
I ordered, paid, and waited at the food window for 5-10 minutes before anyone opened the window. When they did, the guy seemed confused and asked what I had ordered. Then disappeared again for a while before someone else opened the window, handed me a bag with someone else’s order, then asked what I had ordered, and told me to pull up and wait. I did. After a long while someone came out with my order but was missing part of it. They went back in. After several minutes they came back out and told me it would be 4 minutes to prepare my nuggets. Meanwhile all the cars behind me were getting their orders done and leaving, except one guy who also had to wait for a long time. Total wait time was 25 minutes. This Wendy’s seems to be poorly managed. I will avoid going here in the future.
10/3/23 5:30pm: just ordered from here. cold fries, missing frosty and they disconnected their phone so they wouldn't have to give a refund. they're scammers and have hideous personalities. EDIT 10/3/23 8:30pm: I called back three hours later, twice. They didn't even say 'hello,' just put me on hold and disconnected their line again. Thieves and cowards.
I ordered food on the app 10/14/23 around 1:00 p.m.and arrived at the drive-thru. The woman working the second window asked me to pull forward to the door and she would bring my food right out. I waited for 20 minutes and nobody brought anything out. In the meantime vehicles coming through the drive-thru leaving with food and going around me. Finally I shut the car off and tried to go inside to see what was going on but the door was locked on that side of the building. So I had to wait for a car to leave the drive-thru window so I could walk up to it before the next car pulled up standing in the rain asking where my food was? She looked at me like she had no idea who I was and I said you told me you were going to bring the food out and she goes oh it's right here turns around behind her and it's sitting on the counter. Hands me my food and drink. Doesn't say sorry or anything. I walk back to my car open the bag to make sure it's right and the food is cold obviously from sitting there for 20 minutes or however long. I wasn't going to go back so I left with cold food after 20 minutes of waiting. I wish I had read the reviews for this particular location first and I wouldn't have bothered so now add mine to the mix. I can't believe whoever owns this or is managing it doesn't look or seem to respond to the reviews. Wendy's corporate might need to step in and try to straighten this place out. This location is giving Wendy's a bad name. The employee didn't seem to care I was sitting there for 20 minutes waiting for food that she was supposed to bring out or so she said. So now I'm attempting to eat my cold lunch. Whoever is in charge of this location needs to read these reviews!
The inside of the store is still closed. I ordered nuggets and it’s like half the size of a normal nuggetFood: 2/5
