Ordered through door dash, I ordered a Colonel's Brownie and I ended up with a whole mini Lemon Cake. How do you substitute that?? I also did not receive the side of Mac and Cheese which was like $4.50 through door dash. And then I only got reimbursed $2.66 from door dash for the brownie I reported.hadn't realized Mac was missing at that point Point being - Why are your employees not contacting the customer that items are unavailable for refund or cancel?? Is that not policy? Its unethical and theft.

I never really have a bad experience at KFC! The only issue I had once in a while is that they run out of certain offered items. Other than that, I love KFC! I do miss the buffets and fish dinners, though! Also, they only have the drive thru open even when they have a dining area available.  I think it's because of the lack of staffing since no one ever wants to work anymore! So thank you to those folks who are willing to work and keep these places open!

Honestly, I was so impressed with the staff and the service we received I had to come and give them props where it’s due. The employees were so friendly and kind, the manager ran a tight ship, she was making sure all the orders were facilitated in a timely manner. Dining room was CLEAN. For a fast food place, this location’s standards are very impressive. Good job!

I was in the drive thru but it was a quick transaction. The cashier could've been a little friendlier but it was 1pm, maybe I had just missed the lunch rush. Food was good until I reached the biscuit, IT WAS HARD AS A ROCK! Glad I'm not a big biscuit fan... I'm sure I'll try to go back againFood: 3/5

This is a getto place the service and food is horrible the chicken it was dripping oil it was so greasy and look like old chicken looks like they reheat in oil it was grossed. After my kids and I eat we start feeling bad we have diarrhea and vomiting  also the woman have a attitude.  Also the inside it bee close for couple years. I'm not going no more there this is the last time.  They need to put a good manager a responsible people who really want to work.

I ordered the big box original recipe through the drive-thru this evening. The attendant was very polite and professional. When I got home and opened my big box my piece of chicken looked like.someone ate the skin off of the chicken breast. I couldnt even eat it. The mash potatoes and  the slaw were thrown in to the togo container. The over all meal was very disappointing.

TERRIBLE!!!! Food and customer service below 1 star. I do not recommend at all! I’m not sure what this is but I asked for a 24 piece wing but they didn’t want to make more so we got a 12 piece instead. The orders are never correct but yet the staff are always rushing you.

I ordered online for ready pick up at 630pm. Got here at 7pm when the app said it was ready. At 708 the order was not done and they had just drop fresh chicken which was now going to add another 15 minutes. If you plan to order food from here be prepared to wait.Food: 4/5

Can't really rate atmosphere it was a drive thru order. Fries given old and stale. They forgot my mash potatoes, Mac'n cheese noodles hard and no flavor. Chicken wasn't good. Will probably never return to this location.Food: 1/5

When I go after work around 7 pm there is always something they don't have available.  Like crispy chicken or fries. Not sure why they start cleaning so early when they're open to the public until later.Food: 5/5
