The service 😃 is outstanding and John-paul was just amazing he help my son with his order a was just doing 😎 a great job the chicken was dry its was mash potatoes was not soup it's was very cream and the Cole slaw wasn't dry juice store was clean very well team smile and helping every one manger was present. Love the service restroom clean and stock will return.

It happened from the time I walked in and left out. First off, the manager had music playing that was very inappropriate! I had to order my food to go, instead of dining in with my 5 year old. Customers shouldn't have to walk in and hear music playing lyrics referring to oral sex. It's December, play some Christmas music! The cashier was nice and she did her job. I asked her what was up with The music and she just shook her head as if she was embarrassed to say anything. I told her I'm reporting the manager. She said I could talk to the manager directly. I said I rather not, he doesn't look like he would care about my complaint. So as I ordered my food, I got change but no receipt. When I asked why there was no receipt the cashier said the receipt machine was broken. Strange because I saw other customers inside the restaurant with receipts! When my food was brought to me, my daughters side order was missing. I asked the worker why she didn't have her side order and she said because they're all out. That's not my problem! I asked if she could replace it with a different side order and with hesitation, she told me no. By that time I was ready to ask for my money back. But because my daughter was hungry, I told the cashier in not leaving until I get a side order for my daughter. She gave my daughter her side order and we left. I won't be going back to this location again.

Went in the drive thru around 10pm on a Tuesday night. Order two famous bowl fill up boxes. Get to the window, the window itself it's screeching loud and sounding terrible, then you could clearly hear someone (staff) playing loud music with curse words. Didn't receive the cookie for both meals, didn't have any utensils in the bag. It was just terrible.

I like this location better than that piece of trash Annapolis rd location across from the Popeye's...y'all keep it up I had fresh chicken and soft azz biscuits!!!
