Floors were sticky. The counter was sticky with spilled iced tea no one cleaned up. The booths seat was sticky but the cashier was nice enough to clean it up. Lastly there was a thread of fabric deep fried into my chicken tender. I was given a refund for my plate without a hassle. I won't go back to this location. It was close to an office I had an appointment at and I was limited on time or I would have left.

They told me it would be 3 minutes for my chicken and parked me. 10 minutes later I walk into the place and they tell me it's gonna be another 5 minutes cause they had to prep the food!? It was 4:30pm not 9pm and i refuse to wait 15 minutes for fast food. Their service sucks.

This KFC is very unprofessional. They closed 30 minutes before their actual closing time so they could go home early. Went through the drive thru and said they were closed, as I pulled through the drive thru to exit someone who worked there was standing in the drive thru and made me back out of that tiny thing because they didn't want to move.

The only good thing about this location is the employee working the register. We've been to this location more than a few times because it's the closest to our home. This will be the last time we come here, it's worth the drive to to get our order correct and better tasting. On previous visits here even the customer service was terrible. Today at least one order was correct, the other was missing the potato wedges, and the sandwich wasn't what we ordered. I should be giving it one star, but for the fact that my order was correct and actually tasted good.

Dry rubber chicken strips. Dry wedges. Had to ask for fresh. Tables dirty. Employees roll eyes even though I was friendly. Even the cookie was deformed and looked inedible.
