We have always had great food from this Outback but within the last month it has dramatically changed. On our most recent visit the steak was not cooked at all. The specialty salad we ordered the lettuce was wilting and our loaded mashed potatoes came with a tablespoon of the loaded ingredients. I will say we did get 8 pieces of asparagus this time which the last time we ordered we got 4 pieces. On our blooming petals the last 3 orders you can tell they scraped off of a whole blooming onion so you end up with many pieces not covered in batter and 1/4 of the dish is batter chunks with no onion. The problems we had on our prior orders were that our steaks were constantly being cooked over well done which we did bring to the managers attention and I believe that's why our steak was not cooked this time. Also had rotten tomatoes on our steak salad the prior order. If your a dine-in rewards member and you wait to use your reward right away it will disappear and you have to start all over again. I brought this to the waitresses attention and all I got was an oh and shrug of her shoulders. We usually order here at least 1 to 2 times a week and sadly I will not be returning for I'm not going to waste my money here.

Stopped in for lunch on Saturday, this location was pretty quite so there was no wait to be seated. Joel,our server took excellent care of us. Friendly and efficient. Food was served just we ordered, hot and eye appealing! Please with service, food, server and cleanliness!

Great food and friendly staff. Only negative is that they dropped the "military mates" discount rate down to 10% instead of the usual 15% off we used to get. Such a shame.

Ate at the bar during lunch. Bartender is unprofessional and lackadaisical. I have received this disappointing service from her multiple times on previous visits. Although I love outback, I will most likely never go back to this location. I ordered the steak tacos, and thought they tasted a little off. (Similar to a sausage taste) Sure enough, shortly after our meal I was sick to my stomach, and had all the characteristics of food poisoning. Very unhappy.

I have tried this place 3 times. It's always awful. I kept seeing commercials about crab legs, so I went back. But it will be my last. The Hostess was awful!!! She did not ONCE even come close to smiling but looked like we were bothering her by just being there. We had two children. We were not offered a kid's menu. The waitress was a little better, but not much. We got drinks and left. Do you guys want customers?? Maybe that's why it is always a ghost town in there.
