Very disorganized on the counter. Coleslaw was sour. Mac and cheese had been sitting so long, that it was hard & dry. Chicken was good. Stopped going there in the past because some of the same issues. They remolded. Reopened. Everything was good, but now it's back to being crappy. Never again KFC.😑

The people here can't get a order right, every time we go here the order is wrong, order 16 piece meal and get home there are 5 pieces of chicken in the bucket. Lol, they need to go back to school and learn how to count, I think they are being paid to rip the customers off. I have never had a good experience here, guess I will have to drive to the new one on Nova from now on!!!!!!!

Quick service, clean seating and condiment area. I asked for extra mayo and pickles for my 2 Chicken Lil's, but it looks like they didn't do it. Other then that, great place :-)

First off, I promised myself that I would never patronize this store because every time in the past, they never got my order correct. I was coming home from church and thought, maybe I would try it one more time! You did not disappoint me! I go in at 12:30, no original chicken legs, so I said okay I will take extra crispy 8 piece bucket. Well we have three girls working back there that did not know the parts of the chicken! I said three times do not give me thighs, I got a seven piece dinner, and among that bucket was a thigh, ........ Oh and one more thing, you can not be called a fast food restaurant, because you don't know the meaning of fast! Teach your employees the parts of a chicken and the difference in original and extra crispy.

The amount of times they haven't put the correct order in the bag leads to believe they are doing it on purpose and need to be looked at. They are robbing out of our orders. We had to go back twice, they left out a chicken breast dinner with sides, we then left not noticing they forgot the pop corn chicken too, that's half our dinner. Shouldn't have to scour through the bag in the drive through, and you pull out onto the busiest road in Ormond. They forget things every time.... Never again will I go there....To anyone working there wake up. Some people might think oh a fat a** angry he didn't get his food, exact opposite its one of the occasional big meals we eat, it'd be nice to get what we paid for.
