The last straw! Two previous times our pizza wasn't good. Gave them 1 last try. Was told 10 minutes. When we got there 10 minutes later we were asked to pull up it would be 5 more minutes. 30 minutes later it FINALLY comes out. It was already paid for or we would of left plus I wasn't feeling well. Get home and it's burnt....top and bottom! Over $17.00 wasted. NEVER GOING BACK!

Not even close to hot and ready. Three visits for deep dish pepperoni, told all three times there was a wait of 10-15 minutes for an item that was NOT a specialty, and ordered during off peak hours. Then I had to request a receipt for my purchase. No thanks.

As with many other reviews, they did not have the "hot n ready" prepared even though they said they did when I asked at the counter. I left with my pizza and when I got to work, alas, they forgot to cut the pizza. That's right a whole unsliced pie laid before me. That isn't the worst part. The manager is the one that handed me the pie. I called him to make him aware and he asked me to bring it back, I told him I didn't have time to do so, he then offered to replace it with breadsticks on my next visit. No thanks, I will not be back and I reccomend you stay away too.

This is my last time coming to this location. I have been here several times and if you want something that’s ready you have to ask what they have. It’s rare you can get more than one pizza. Well tonight I go and I sit at the window for like 5 minutes and no one shows. I wasn’t feeling well nor was I dressed to come in, so I went to McDonalds to get drinks and returned. When I returned a car whipped into drive thru before I did and laid on the horn. When no one opened the window the car parks in the back where we have to wait and an employee gets out. I recognized her so I’m sure she worked there. She goes into the back and comes out with at least 10 pizzas and a male comes behind her with 6-8 boxes of breadsticks! Then he goes back in and comes to the window to help me. He said they had nothing ready and it would be at least a 5 minutes wait. So I said, you are telling me that you have a lobby full of customers and I’ve been here TWICE awaiting for service and your employee just comes in off the clock and takes EVERYTHING that was hot and ready and now we have to wait? No thanks! He says yes ma’am. I ask if the manager is there and he says yes. Well, if management is there what is the point in speaking to them? They were clearly aware. And even if this employee had an engagement and needed these pizzas, should that not have been prepared and waiting while customers were being attended to? I just found this shocking that so many ppl were waiting and staff was accommodated first. I will not be back!!!!!
