Not good service at all..went yesterday ask for extra crispy gave us regular chicken..I called and they siad we could go back today so they could give us a other order which was nice but this time the chicken strips look under cooked plus those meals came with a drink they siad we couldn't get the drinks..over all bad experience at this KFC I won't be back plus the place looks run down and under staffed

I had a coupon for a family meal and it said I could substitute a side with an extra charge and the staff said they couldn't do it because some KFCs have it in the their system where they can charge the difference but they said they couldn't. I didn't want to argue with them over this but I have done it before at their drive thru. Today, I actually went into the store to make my order so this is a heads up for anyone who wants to do the same. Anyway, the staff was kind about the whole situation so I guess that is a plus.
