I had an hour for lunch and was hungry. Got to Panda Express at the time they open, 10am, to see a note on the door that said "We are sorry, will open in 30 mins." NOPE! Hungry now! Went to Fatburgers Burgers instead, they were great.

Idk what happened but I was there in April with my mom and brother and they didn't greet, where like whatever and after paying I went asking for sauce and were rude, plus they didn't clean as they should, how do I know because I happen to be a Panda Express employee at Eagle Rock, CA and our manager and boss would never tolerate it plus they represent themselves bad. I'm sorry but I would never go back there.

I like this place. Staff is nice and food portions are a little bigger than other panda expresses.

I clearly understand that panda has peak hours and gets very busy, but the staff that works here is absurdly dumb. The people in this panda fail to understand the basis of a queue. They are jumping around between orders until they forget And jumble the orders in their head. It's embarrassing to watch them struggle with such simple tasks making people wait 20 minutes for an order of pre sorted food. Seriously the food is sorted how do you fail to fulfill them. Either the staff has to be switched or they have to come to terms that they fail at the simplest task. Also raise the cooks wage, he was the only person who was calm and collected.
