I was skeptical when my kids said the service had improved. But I tried them once again and have been very impressed with the service since the remodel and change in people. My order is actually right every time now and the service is friendly and professional and no more hour and a half wait. We now eat here quite often.

I hate everything about this place, its too bad because i absolutely love chicken. Service is slow, management is horrible, employees here are rude and hateful.

Went back today to get my order they messed up Monday and manager was gone they said that nothing was written down about it it would be 15 mins before manager got back and I could wait or leave. crappy place to eat slow always out of stuff I will not go back here

Horrible! Looks great on the outside but the workers are slow, rude and horrible! Worst one in the country and I travel the united States and been to many of them!

Depending on what time of day you go, their chicken isn't as good in the evening, I think they force old chicken on the drive thru in the evenings. May be a difference in the cook and the shift. Not sure. But we stop buying in the evenings. Visit again today 3/27 at 3PM. This place is going downhill fast. The service is crap, they never get orders correctly, and if u call them on the mistake they get ass-holish. It's rediculouse. I will be contacting the owner. There is no need for this kind of crappy service and not giving a crap about the customers being happy.
