After determining about two years ago to never return to this location, I took a chance. Wow. Very much improved, like day and night. Previously the dining room was dirty and food sub par by any measure, and the staff was inattentive and rude. Today, however, the food was good and the staff incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Excellent experience. Beyond excellent. Whomever was running the shift during my visit should be given a raise and commendation!

Good, typical KFC. Some of the counter staff are rude if you have any sort of an accent. I've witnessed it with Hispanic or Jamaican patrons. The food orders get mixed up many times.

I've enjoyed KFC and Taco Bell for years. The quality of this KFC/Taco Bell is poor compared to many others I've visited. Table are often unclean, portion sizes are inconsistent (often leaning on smaller than expected). The one perk of a low price is also going away, and you're left with not much reason to visit.

Great for a quick bite, semi fresh cooked food, gas friendly service clean establishment.

Sandi, the asst mgr IS NOT customer service worthy. Never smiles or even acknowledges. Is quite rude to be honest. Service is slow.
