Mentioned that their fries and McNuggets were a bit "old" and had sat too long. They owned-up to it, made things right, and continue to earn my business. I cannot make a better endorsement than that: I will return.

You rarely get good service but when you do it is good food. All other times it's been the worst McDonald's I've eaten at. They never remember sauces,  poor quality and zero effort into burgers, never good customer service and just poorly managed. I would recommend going to wenatchee McDonald's or to jack in the box nearby

Something was not put in my order, I paid for it. Called right away when I got home to let them know I would like my money back for this item.  Next day I went in Jose (manager) was rude. Trying hard not to find my name in their very full mistake book. Jose, never apologized after finding my name and refunding my money. However, the nice girl did. Think these owners need to re evaluate who they're keeping in charge of their restaurant. I will not go back.

Super delicious, fast service most of the time, newer location. Inside is relatively clean when we've been in there. Drive thru is always busy. I rated it 3 stars because more than half the time something about our order is wrong. Something is either missing, wrong toppings, wrong drink, wrong sizes, wrong items. Bathrooms are usually on the edge of almost clean. The food here seems higher quality than almost all other McDonald's we have dined at.

The place is exceptionally clean and all the staff are really friendly. I'm not huge on McDonald's food but this is probably the nicest McDonald's I've ever been to. They have the greatest coffee for 1 dollar as well.
