I never ever find clothes at Khols that fit right or look right on me... and I rarely find any I like.. but I will not ever use my Khols charge again!! Even for my husband or kids. It is so hard to pay online due to stupid password requirements. I have always had a hard time right down to when making my account. They have stupid password requirements and then when I know what my password is because it has been 3 times the site made me change my password saying it was wrong, so I started writing it down.. it tells me it’s wrong. This time I had an email sent to me To reset my password but then it tells me that the temporary password they sent me is incorrect.. I literally have had nothing but problems since I made the account when opening my credit card.

This store truly tops my charts and an overall positive shopping experience. The staff is friendly and helpful, and the store seems to be quite clean and in decent order for this time of year!
I have crossed paths with the store's general manager at least twice over the last several months, and he always seems to be quite personable and willing to take time to talk to the average shopper. Keep up the good work Kohl's!

I did my research and price checked online. I completely wasted my time driving over to Kohl’s to purchase a pair of Nike Elite socks that were on-sale online and listed for in-store pickup. I get to the store and they said that they cannot honor online sales for their own store. Ridiculous! They said that I would have to purchase online then come back to the store to pick it up. Wow! Bad business. Complete waste of time.

Nice store with a huge selection of clothes for everyone as well as home decorating needs and jewelry and shoes to name a few. Clean, organized store with friendly employees. The only thing is its pricey.

This place is very neat and employee's are very nice. I only wish they would add just a little more to the guys clearance section. I also want to say this is Not kohls fault but its a huge bummer that Nike wont allow any discounts of any type on their items sold throughout store.
