I was in town for one day for my sisters wedding. She’d gone here the night before. On 11/11/2017, I arrived shortly after they opened. I specifically told them what I wanted when I walked in; a balance with gel polish with regular acrylic. Once I’m finished they charged me $64 for the service. When I asked why, the woman said, “Oh, I had to use “Solar” powder because that’s what you had.” Then she shrugs her shoulders and walks away. I’m from Columbus, but I live in Denver now and it was the same clear acrylic powder as always. The cost of living here is MUCH higher and I still get a much nicer French manicure balance AND pedicure with gel polish on both toes and fingers for $70. I was there by recommendation for my sisters wedding that was only a couple hours later or I would have fought it and I didn’t want to be upset for my sisters big day. Needless to say, I will NEVER recommend this 1 year old salon to anyone. Find a place who won’t just do what they want and charge you whatever because they can. I could’ve gotten a full set with design from Wonder Nails or Lee Nails or Nae-Nae and they would’ve been slayed. I got a very simple, French tip balance for $64. What a rip-off. I’d post a picture, but the way google is set up...

The are very friendly , the prices are very reasonable. The building is very clean inside out. My oldest daughter recommend I come to Tima's nails, and I'm glad I did, they are great at what they do, I ❤ this nail shop. However I will let my friends and family know about this place. This will be my 3rd time coming back because it's time for me to get a balance. The nail shop is so good i don't have to come back every 2 weeks I can go every 3 weeks in 1/2, and my nails still looks good. 👍💅

I loved the atmosphere and the girls were so great comfortable chairs, but it's less than 36 hours later and I'm having itching between two of my toes. It's fungus/ athletes foot. I was skeptical when they didn't put the plastic liner in the foot bath, but the place looked nice. She did cut me numerous times when shaping my toenails and trimming my cuticles. Overall athletes foot like really sending my boyfriend out for antifungal cream less than two days later.

The first time I went I got dip acrylic nails. I already had dip nails on and because I made the mistake of mentioning that I got them done at another shop she charged me an extra $5. The tech who did them did a so-so job and it showed...one nail cracked and they all started lifting near the cuticle as they grew out. Also, they don't have the dip acrylic displayed, you have to sort through a dusty tub of colors and hope that the color turns out like it looks in the little jar. I went back to get the same service as the 1st time. I got the same technician and she did a really great job. She added a gel topcoat this time. My nails look 10 times better than they did the first time and I love them! They still don't have the dip colors properly displayed though. I chose a color and it ended up being several shades darker than what I expected. You really have no idea what it's going to look like based on looking at the powder. When they get that part together I will give 5 stars and highly recommend.

Very unhappy! Came here for the 1st time a month or two ago and got a pedi. The tech was overly gentle and I left with still rough feet and had to get another one a week later somewhere else. Went there again today hoping it was just a fluke (my regular salon is closed sundays) because I needed a pedi and gel mani badly. Aside from some whiny kids, the pedi went well (different tech this time) and I was pleased. No fireworks or anything but I was happier than last time. After the pedi I get my gel mani. The tech was SO SLOW.. I was there for 3 hours total. There was even a girl who came in AFTER me for the same services and left LONG before I did. I was so upset over my gel mani and the timeframe I just wanted to pay and leave. The gel has bubbles in it, and the edges are FAR from being clean. I could have done a better job myself. A lot of my nails were glued to my skin. There is polish all around my cuticles where she tried to clean up.. and failed. $70 just to be unhappy? Won't be back. Staff is nice but that doesn't really matter if you don't leave happy.
