Best car dealership I have ever been to. Was visiting from out of state and had car issues. They could not have been more helpful! Every.single. person. Was kind, knowledgeable and professional! I was just blown away by the staff here. Kathy in particular went beyond the call of duty! Thank you Kia of Auburn!

This was by far the best car buying experience I have ever had.  After finding the car we wanted and test driving it we had a deal, went thru financing and had the car detailed filled up with gas and out the door in 1.5 hours.  There was no haggling at all.  They honored an internet price and gave me 0% financing.  I would definitely recommend Kia of Auburn and our salesman, Rock, if you are in the market.

I visited them a year ago for some minor car repairs. They pushed a few unnecessary repairs (didn't actually need a transmission flush), and I've received robocalls every few days for the past year about my car's extended warranty. 

I can't open my mailbox without seeing yet another letter from Kia of Auburn. It's irritating beyond belief, and they haven't stopped even though I've asked them to.

Look, I'm a pretty positive person, and this is the first negative review I've ever bothered to leave a place, but harassing people who walked into your store once a year ago is not an acceptable way to market your business. 

If your team would consider building relationships with the community and establishing yourself as a trustworthy mechanic instead of trying to make a quick buck off of ignorant college students, then you might actually sell them a car later.
