I loved Lynch of Toyota in Auburn. Ed Jones worked well with me and got me into the car I wanted which is the 2018 Toyota Camry. I let him know what I was able to pay and he made it happen. I was referred to Lynch by several people in Alabama and mentioned how well they work with you. I've very happy I chose Lynch and would definitely recommend visiting them. Extremely happy customer! Thank you Lynch Toyota!

I’ve owned a lot of cars from a lot of dealerships over the years. Lynch Toyota of Auburn is, without question, the best of the best. Beyond great products at fair prices, Lynch Toyota has heart. They care about each customer and their community. They have mastered one of the greatest challenges in business—serving people first, doing the right thing, and trusting that profit will follow from those core values. 

Ask for Wayne Pitmann if you need a vehicle, and Francesco in Service if you need a little TLC. You can’t go wrong with this team and its leadership!

All the employees who helped us purchase our new 2018 Toyota 4Runner were extremely patient and understanding of our financial goals we wanted to maintain and purchase this vehicle. We showed up to Lynch Toyota at 6:30 pm and they close at 7pm but they stayed two and a half hours after closing to complete the great deal we got from them. There was no pressure in the purchase, they did not try to push any certain vehicle on us. My wife picked the vehicle she wanted and they were able to get the pricing to what we needed it to be for us to feel really comfortable making this purchase. 

Also we have used their service department for over 8 years on our other vehicles. Their service department is great to work with also.

Always a fantastic place to shop. If you’re not sure if you’ll be able to afford a new car or truck, do yourself a favor and at least stop by. I went in thinking there’s be no way I could get a new vehicle, but I’m about to get into my brand new Tundra. Thanks Lynch for always doing your best to get ME the best!

When I first pull up to the service center no one came to my car door like before to ask if they could be of service or they could help me. So I got out and I ask a female “white” lady that had on the lynch Toyota uniform was someone coming out to help me. She said, “ No one is coming out, we have been very busy, you can get out and go in your self”. I thought how rude and unprofessional. Because a customer don’t care how busy you are. The point is your level of customer service should not decline because your busy. I did not go to her table behind the door I went to a white male table I believe his name was Mike and he was very kind. I could have went anywhere to get my service done for my car and I could have went to Columbus if I just wanted a Toyota dealership but I choose you for my business and felt unappreciated. I spent almost a $100 with service and buying a coffee cup in your accessories department but I’m not sure if I will be back.
