I would just like to say that my entire experience with the purchase of my 2017 Kia Forte was the best car buying experience I have ever had. I applied online and received an immediate response. I dealt with Alan and Robert who were both very informative which made my experience a lot less stressful.  I was in and out very quickly and I left with a smile on my face. Thank you guys for all your help and for making the whole process very smooth and painless.

I recommend Kia of Dayton to everyone! The staff is awesome! Ask for Alan, Robert or Gabe. After a really bad experience at another dealership, I was not sure about even trying another dealership. I am so glad I did. They don't treat you like just another customer, your treated like family! They will go above and beyond to make sure you have exactly what you are looking for. I will never look at another dealership.

I would not recommend  going here. You feel as if you are pushed throughout the buying of a car, and then they want a $1000 processing fee on top of the purchase price, and taxes for a used car. On the other hand, the service center lacks care and you feel as if you are being lied to every time you go in. I cannot say I've had a good encounter here after many "second" chances.

Your salesman did an exceptional job but I have only drove my car 2082 miles and the rear brakes had to be replaced and the right side back brake locked. They were metal on metal and cost me $404.29 to replace. I've only made 1 car payment and not even had my first oil change. I understand that brakes are not covered under my warranty but I was told I was being sold a great car and you'd see me again at my first oil change. I am very disappointed.
