Very good customer service and very nice people. This store is in a great location so it's easier to get to than the UPS station over on Brandt Pike, when you're out running errands it's very convenient.

I can't believe the experience I just had. I watch the associate, speaking little to no English, Khan and elderly person into shipping add-ons she absolutely did not need. She was very aggressive and unprofessional. I waited in line for more than a half an hour with only two people in front of me. I immediately left after she was going to try and charge me $100 to ship an item to California. Just a small laptop part

I sent a package to help family after the hurricane. I was told it would sit in a warehouse until it could be delivered. They also took the receiver's phone number (never called her to see if she wanted to pick up.) The box made it to Texas, on that same day the UPS Store in Huber Heights requested it be returned since it wasn't able to be delivered. So, I spent over $100 to ship a package to myself. They offered no solution or any refund. The Texas warehouse even confirmed they had many packages just sitting and being delivered when they could. Someone at THIS store made a mistake and it cost me AND my family on Texas.

Been trying to call the store for over an hour so they can send someone to pick up a package that fell off their truck...no answer and they pick up the phone and hang up.
