recently had some work done on my vehicle here. After 2 engine replacements due to a recall I got my vehicle back and it would not accelerate. Kia Motors America had my vehicle towed to the Kia in Lansdale. Here I was told that nothing, except for the battery, was wrong with the vehicle. Joey in service told me that he did a full scan and nothing was wrong with the vehicle. So they replaced the battery and I picked it up. 2 days after picking it up I was driving with my 7 year old down a major highway and the vehicle jerked very abruptly and decelerated to 30 miles an hour. Then, I could not accelerate past 30 miles an hour and had a very difficult time steering. I called the dealership and was told by Joey that there is nothing he can do for me. So be advised y’all- they will tell you your vehicle is safe to drive when it isn’t and will not extend any courtesy to you for being a Kia customer. Furthermore- I want to add that when I originally called the service department was closed so I was put on with a manager. After some inappropriate exchange of words it was very clear that this manager could not handle my complaint so he CALLED the police to make a public record that I am not welcome in the dealership. So after being given paper work from the service department that said there was nothing wrong with the vehicle, and then there obviously being something wrong, instead of fixing it or apologizing, I was told to never come back there and that this was not their proble.

Yesterday reached at KIA Lansdale to buy used car. Stephan leach is great sales person show me the car I want and explained me everything I need. I was little short in $$$ and deal didn’t workout. Looking forward to buy car from KIA in future.

I've been driving my new 2018 Sportage SX Turbo for a week now, and love it!  I did my research online first, then came in for a test drive - the sales team was knowledgable, answered all of my questions, and gave me the time I needed to make a decision. Would definitely recommend them!

I simply went for an oil change and ended up having to pay close to $60 for it. I purchased a 2017 Sportage in Nov. 2016, so I know there's nothing major wrong with my car. I asked if they had any specials running or if I could get a discount for bringing my car to a Kia dealer and they said "No, sorry." Plus I had to wait close to 1 hour.  Sorry, but I won't be a returning customer!
