Don't even wanna give them the one star. They are very lazy specially the young men. I had to repeat twice the size I wanted and he still came back with the wrong size. He didn't even try to help my daughter with her boat. He unlace the boot or nothing . He just handed it to me and walk away. They news better customer service skills in there. I will not be going back to them.

Deserve no stars but I have to select star rateing to post my experience. No greeting from any staff members the security guard was on the phone and not paying attention to her surroundings throughout my 30 mins of browsing. 2thumbs down for customer service all around the board for this KICK USA..

Had great experience over the weekend came with my kids to purchase their back to school gear. I was a bit overwhelm due to how busy the store was but one young man came to my attention and provided me the best service. I believe his name was Jonthan hes the manager he help me pick out the coolest kicks and clothes to match. I actually found him cute such a great young man. thank you again for all your help
