I’ve been involved in retail sales for over 35 years. Never have I seen a staff so unhelpful. Unpleasant and just giving off the vibe they would rather be somewhere else. If prices were marked on the boxes or clearly identified then we wouldn’t have to be subjected to barking and overall glaring eyes from the staff at Jersey Gardens outlet. Sad when your teenage kids are commenting to you on how rude the staff is.

I called the store several times, because I would like to know if the boots I'm looking for, are in stock. they never answered the phone. After reading the reviews, I don't think I will be shopping there.

This is by far the worst ugg store I ever been to. The staff are so unprofessional and have rude attitudes. I refuse to purchase anything from here i will drive the extra miles to Paramus. Staff think they too pretty to give a helping hand too worried about her nail breaking while she stock the shelves. If i could rate this store no stars I would!

Staff is awesome..dont know why people are saying bad things. Store is always clean, they are courteous. I always shop this Store! I love these boots!

Just went yesterday and was amazed how rude the staff was. Not helpful at all. The employees didn't know or care which shoes were on sale. They just didn't want to be bothered. Apparently they were poorly trained.
