I've honestly never dealt with a worse company. I ordered two pairs of shoes from them. The first pair arrived within a few days, but they sent me two LEFT shoes, and they weren't even the same size. The other pair I ordered didn't even ship for another two weeks, but was at least correct and what I ordered. In order to return the first pair I had to contact their customer support which was nearly impossible. I tried emailing and calling every day for over a week with no response. I even tried messaging their Facebook page. Finally I received a call and was able to ship the shoes back. However, after shipping it took a month to receive my original order. The whole time I was trying to contact them almost every day to see if my return had been received and my order shipped. I finally got an email saying my order shipped... a day after it arrived.

TL;DR
Don't buy from here. The frustration and hassle is not worth the lower prices.
