So I come in at 9:15, and need to leave at 10:15. Buying doesn't start until 10:00, and even though I was the second one in the store,  they wouldn't put even my name on a list to sell my time-consuming organized piles of upscale clothes...unless I waste my time in the store.  
I guess they don't care about the effort and time it takes to try and do the environmentally friendly thing and recycle clothes. 
The second star is only for the range of items they have. Very frustrating.

I purchase most of my child's clothing from this store. There is a good verity, and all clothing coming in the store are in good condition.  They also give a fair offer for the clothing you bring in. The only reason I didn't give a five star is it was a little out of order in the shoes area. To be fair it might be difficult to keep up after all the children going into the store. It possible that some parents don't have their children put things back or maybe but it back them self.

This place is lacking in customer service. I used to enjoy shopping here. They have a good selection and good prices. However the last 4-5 trips I've noticed the staff is not friendly like they used to be. Most of the staff used to greet me with a warm smile and "hello" and try to make conversation. Now I walk in and the staff all look down and do not say a word. I also had a poor experience talking with an employee over the phone. I asked to see if I could sell clothes at a certain time of day. I began "Hi! I was calling to see if I could consign..."I was abruptly informed before finishing my sentence with a stern  "first of all, we do not consign! We buy items outright"! Her tone was rude and I didn't appreciate being interrupted. I keep hoping this place will prove me wrong with customer service but I keep leaving disappointed.

My husband took  over a bunch of children clothing ,I went thru every pc myself all clean almost like new, they told him to leave it and they would call him to come pick it up, well they said they keep what they wanted and said they would give him$40 ,he ask why cuz there was all kinds of Nike and Pollo ect, the lady said they where all stains and dirty well my husband said no that he wouldnt do that ,well when they give him the clothes back lol we'll what do you think they had pulled out to keep all the Nike and name brands (that was dirty and stained)I have to assume they thought we was stupid. Well my advice this is a dishonest company and I will tell everyone that I talk to not to use y'all .SHAME ON YOU.

First time here and it was ok, the store was nicely laid out but lacked customer service.  Saying out loud and rude "they can wait" when checking out is a no no. No one greets you when you come in or while walking around which makes the experience unwelcoming. Won't be shopping here again
