I found a nice little set of Nautica queen-sized cotton sheets for 29.99! Not exactly the print I was looking for though. The pickings we're pretty slim. That's why I took a star off.

BUT, the customer service was cheerful and it was easy to use an old store credit that I had from 2014! They just rang it up and it went through. Super pleased about that.

Love the store hate the wait! It's at ALL the Rosses wait wait wait even when they have a half a dozen people standing around, with one cashier,  pretending not to notice. I've been in the store before with what looks like regional managers inspecting the store and while I'm 10 deep in people before me I stood and stared at them hoping they'd realize what was transpiring ,no help for the customer, they ignored me and the situation.
Hey take a look at the online shopping if they don't get it together they'll be next on the chopping block.

I drop in this store a couple times a week. Often the lines are very long with no help. The store is in huge disarray, and stock is usually lower than that of other Ross stores. If you are willing to sift through the mess you might enjoy shopping here. Once in a while the store is in good shape. I imagine that many of the problems stem from corporate not wanting to spend money on staff to upkeep a nice store... or maybe it's just hard to find good help. I hear that from many store owners. On yes, please wipe down the bathroom entry doors once in a while and clean the bathrooms. There ya go....

Update: The Ross store near 44th and Wadsworth has about 5 different styles of quality clothes hangars. 
While this may not seem like a big deal, it is to me. I've been looking for hangars that can hold some weight and keep their shape. 
Walmart, Kmart, Target have similar inventories of plastic hangars or wire hangars; in black, or white paint; too expensive anyway. 
Ross has 5 styles of varying configurations, 3 styles of metal, not wire, with a durable foam gripping surface. They're well worth the $6 for 12.
Don't worry though, Ross has the plastic ones too.

Lots of selection but hard to find my size. Completely disorganized. No gift exchange policy. Only let's you return twice with no receipt and then cuts you off. My grandmother is forever sending me stuff with no receipt and not my style. Shes 89. Got a huge pile of stuff I can't exchange because my gma dosent send me receipts.
