We didn't know where to go and we never had any prior experience regarding mortgage. While looking for a house in Springfield, my wife and I saw Killebrew signpost, and we stopped over at their office few minutes before closing hour. Miranda greeted us with warm smile, and quickly called Sarah to assist us after we informed her our mission. Sarah is awesome, approachable, respectful, and intelligent. Sarah invited us to her office and we set up an appointment with immediate effect and alacrity. Sarah and Miranda began to work around the clock to ensure that we get the best house that fit our status and preference. 
I want to inform whoever is reading this review that we found our ideal house in less than a day with the help of Sarah and her cohorts. In fact, when there was a loan issue with our banker, Sarah quickly referred us to at least 3 different bankers willing to assist without any iota of problem. We eventually chose one among these bankers and every other thing is history today.
I must say a big thank you to Ms. Sarah and Ms. Miranda. Anyone who is serious and ready to buy a house, the best realtor in town is KYLE KILLEBREW, SPRINGFIELD, IL. Your company is fantastic and phenomenal. They did not starve us from necessary information that could move things forward. Without iota of doubt, I highly recommend Kyle Killebrew!

I have sold a few houses over my lifetime and this is the first time that I’ve used Kyle Killebrew...to say I was impressed is an understatement. I have never seen more attentive customer service. Kyle rented a dumpster around Christmas time for his clients and personally reached out to me saying I could use it. He went to Lowe’s to look at the cost of a sliding glass door for me. He took care of scheduling painters and a repair man to fix the issues that arised as a result of my repair addendum. His team was always so friendly and responsive. I will do all that I can to send as many referrals to Kyle and his team as they truly are Springfield’s #1 realtor.

Sarah was phenomenal in our search for a home. She was patient and listened closely to find exactly what we were looking for. The second a new home came on the market that fit our needs she was able to get us in. She in called from her vacation to make sure that we were being taken care of. Once the offer was in she was extremely helpful in the process from offer to close. I'll be calling Sarah and her team down the road when I decide to move from this home. As easy as first time home buying can get!
