The storage unit as well as the office were very clean. Special kudos to John B. (One of the employees), greeted us with a smile at the door and provided A+ service. He was very friendly, comical and helpful. We started off getting a 5x10 and realized after we finished the paperwork that we needed more space. We needed a 10x10 as well and John did not hesitate to help. We went back inside and got a second unit. The facility in my opinion is safe for your belongings, comes with a decent padlock, has free treats and awesome customer service. Thank you John for all of your help and I wouldn't mind doing business with you again.

I loved the entire experience. They made sure you know up front all the the rules and guidelines. They staff are very personable and I love the fact that if you can not reach them via phone then you can call the District Manager Dale and make payment through him. Most companies will try to hide higher management. The friendly reminder emails for payment are super appreciated especially for a busy mother of four.

I needed to get a storage unit for my mom who was dying and Omg they are amazing. They are very kind and friendly and work with you as if you are their family. I would recommend this storage for anyone. It’s very clean and they are always looking for a way to make things better and easier for you. I have never seen a company that cares like this one so I would like to thank the staff for all they do💜

This storage is absolutely amazing! You can't beat their prices and they're easy to work with. This staff is kind, courteous, and does their best to ensure that every customer is happy. They always have great snacks, coffee and or hot chocolate in the office.

Great service, lots of options to accommodate large or small storage needs for climate control or non-climate control storage.  Gate access is secure and you can rest assured that your belongings will be safe.  Auto pay option is a big relief; makes paying as painless as possible.  Rates are comparable to other storage facilities in town.  Military rate is also available.
