Charged me nearly. 20$ more then they should have, tried to call and talk with em, I get put on hold for 20 minutes. Hanged up, tried to call again and immediately straight to hold. Again. I will definitely take my hauling needs in another direction. Good job uhaul on veterans memorial. Stay classy

I rent trucks from this location a couple times each week and I always get the same great service. All of the employees there are great, Ms.Margaret is my go to person but i have no complaints.

Certainly my worst experience renting a truck. Only one person at the counter doing everything on a very busy day. It turned into a 2-hour event. Avoid these jokers!!!

This is without a doubt the worst Uhaul I've ever visited and I have a vast amount of experience with them since I rent one 30 times a year. They have minimal staff on duty and are not polite in the least. The building stinks and they have guys hassling you for handout in the parking lot. I've had better experiences at a Uhaul dealer where the roof was caved in and leaking water, at least they were polite there.

This store and the employees there are among the reasons people HATE to come to this side of Killeen. Anyone reading this; go to the UHAUL located along the highway just before the Young Exit. They also do Hitch installations there. If possible i would give 0 stars. All poor employee performance is a DIRECT reflection on leadership, in this case the Manager.
