Best nail salon in the Fern Creek area! Always friendly and my nails always look great. They take pride in their work and it shows. I don't go anywhere else!

After I waited for almost two hours, I finally got to sit in the extremely hard pedicure chair, with the bowl that was so stained that I was scared to put my feet in the water. If that wasn't bad enough, the woman that worked on me had horrible customer service. She was extremely rough and she was rushing to the point she dropped her file on the floor, picked it up and put it right on my foot. She didn't even try to blow the dust off.  I even told her she was too fast and she said I've been doing for a long time so I'm fast. Fast Quality is fine, but she did a horrible job and I did not get to enjoy the pedicure. Ummm, if I wasn't with my mom, I would have walked out! But I was with my mom and this was part of her Mother's Day gift. BUT...Never again!! Oh and I forgot to mention, while giving me my pedicure she stopped to get up and go answer her personal cell phone. Did I say never again!!

I did not like how they did my nails. When I chose a color they refused to do that color after I was told to pick out which one I wanted.

I think Kim is amazing!! Unfortunately, it seems like it's difficult to find good help. I went in a few months back, and had this AWFUL lady do my nails. She was jerking my hands all over the place and getting on to me, was NOT a good experience. I talked to my mom, who I got to go there and loves it, and she told me the mean woman was gone. So I went back, and got this older woman with glasses. She was nice, but my nails look horrific! 3 are crooked, and the paint job is terrible. And she used the dremmel tool like 4 times. By the end of it, my nail was nothing but just that, my real nail. They are so thin, I can bend them! Not to mention, they are the wrong size. If you can't get Kim or her husband to do them, I wouldn't recommend going at all!

Fixed my nails after they got ruined from another salon. Not only did they make my nails look good they also massaged my arms and seemed really genuine when talking to me about how much they care about nails there! My favorite place. Will only go there from now on.
