This place does not allow children. I am telling you this because they won't...until you walk in the door and they rudely turn you away. It's your business' prerogative to not allow children- no problem with that- but when an appointment is made, it is professional to let your customers know. That was never once addressed on my call. 

I drove 25 minutes to your salon and was sent away by a woman who said "We don't allow children under 10"  and nothing else. Just stared at me. (I had my sleeping 8 week old...first thing I was doing for me since the kid was born) I was a bit confused and said " Oh, so I can't get the brow tint?" she just gave a a smile/smirk that read as "obviously moron" and said nothing else, didn't even stop using the cash register. I turned and walked out...so awkward and rude. 

Just tell people your policy and if you forget to do that...be kind to people when you fill them in and turn them away. I don't know...make a new appointment for them for when they don't have the kid????????

 You could have handled this in a way that I would still be a customer since it is ultimately on me...but you didn't..so you lost one. And now have a voice who will share their story with the other new moms in their life.

I went to this salon 3 years, the employees did a great job until they all left without any notice, what so ever... I went through 3 in 4 months I'm done with this place. Don't waste your time, Im not sure what exactly is going on there but something is because all the people who left had been there a while and they felt the need to just up and quit.

Convenient location and reasonable prices. It's smaller and less crowded than the bigger Aveda salons in town, which is nice. Their massage services are great, but I've had trouble in the past getting an appointment that worked for me. If they had more slots for massage and offered mani/pedi services, I would never need to go to anywhere else.
