Super happy with the new manager Sylvia she has gotten so much done within the year I have lived here! Excited about getting a new playground for all the little ones instead of them playing in the road they will now have a safe play environment. I would recommend this community to all of my family and friends.

I can say when I went in staff was pretty nice. At the time there were no trailers to view, so I ask could I come back on Friday because that was my off day and the chic I believe her name is Sonya told me "ok that will be fine and I will #7 and #12 to view" great. I get there Friday and the black chic greets me at the door and just tells me flat out Oh we put deposits on those already. Wow! No one wanted to give me courtesy call? I had my money and everything. I will not put money down on a place I didn't get to view. Then she ask me for my name and number, I already left Sonya my name and number the last visit. I really felt like that me and my family was not welcome to that community. Its really a shame to see how the world is really coming to.
